  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (URL or direct link preferred).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain such restoration.
